1. Agreement and Service Scope
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and PrimeClean Housekeeping. Our services include regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, and custom cleaning plans for residential properties (apartments and houses) strictly within our Chicago, IL service areas.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a property requires industrial-level hazard removal or falls outside our premium residential scope.
2. Bookings, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
To maintain our high standards of service, our dedicated staff operates on carefully managed schedules.
- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
- Late Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Lockouts: If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged.
3. Pricing and Payments
All personalized quotes are strictly based on the home size, cleaning frequency, and any custom additions agreed upon prior to service.
Payment in full is expected on the day the service is rendered unless alternative billing arrangements have been explicitly established in writing. We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers. Overdue payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
4. Liability and Damages
PrimeClean Housekeeping takes the utmost care when attending to your home. In the rare event that an item is broken or damaged by our staff, you must report the incident to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair value of the damaged item, and we are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage arising from improperly secured fixtures.
